Join Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Teacher Claire Harrison for an immersive Reiki Level One training, designed to open you to the practice of energy healing through attunement, self-discovery, and hands-on experience.

What to Expect

This 12-hour course (4 sessions) introduces you to the foundations of Reiki through:

• Four Attunements – Each session includes a unique attunement that opens new energetic pathways, from deepening intuition to balancing the nervous system and sealing Reiki symbols into your hands.
• Guided Practice – Learn hand positions and experience a full Reiki Share, giving and receiving energy with classmates in a supportive circle.
• Energy Awareness – Explore the Western chakra system, guided meditations, and the principles of Reiki.
• Tools for Integration – Receive a binder of course materials, a certificate upon completion, and a journal/workbook to support your 21-day Reiki cleanse after the course.

By the end of this training, you will:

• Gain self-healing tools and stress reduction practices you can use daily.
• Be able to share Reiki with friends and family.
• Build a foundation for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
