In this deeply restorative 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop, we’ll explore how to cool the body and calm the mind by working with the meridians associated with internal heat and emotional fire, specifically the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Burner channels. Through long-held, supported postures and mindful breathwork, you’ll release tension, balance your body’s energy, and invite soothing coolness to counteract summer heat and stress.
The practice is slow and gentle, suitable for all levels, with plenty of props for comfort.
We’ll finish with a calming meditation and a refreshing, cooling herbal drink to nourish you from the inside out.
