Beginners Yoga

A beginner's yoga class is designed to introduce newcomers to the practice of yoga in a welcoming and accessible way. It typically covers basic yoga poses (asanas), fundamental breathing techniques (pranayama), and foundational concepts of yoga philosophy. The pace is usually slower, with clear instructions and modifications provided to accommodate varying levels of flexibility and strength. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, breath awareness, and relaxation. Beginner's classes aim to build confidence, promote physical well-being, and cultivate a sense of calm and mindfulness on the mat.
