Hatha + Yin

This class blends the balance and strength of Hatha yoga with the deep release and stillness of Yin yoga. The session begins with mindful, breath-driven Hatha poses to build stability, improve alignment, and warm up the body. The second half transitions into longer-held Yin poses, designed to gently stretch the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and promote a meditative state.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a harmonious combination of active engagement and restorative relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and rejuvenated.
