Kundalini Yoga

A Kundalini yoga class is a unique and dynamic practice that combines movement, breathwork, chanting, and meditation to awaken the Kundalini energy believed to reside at the base of the spine. The class typically begins with tuning in with a mantra, followed by a series of dynamic movements called kriyas, which are specific sequences of poses, breathwork, and sound designed to stimulate energy flow and balance the chakras. Kundalini yoga also incorporates chanting of mantras and meditation techniques to deepen awareness and facilitate spiritual growth. It's known for its transformative effects on both the body and mind, promoting vitality, clarity, and inner peace.
