Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative style that focuses on long-held, passive poses, typically targeting the deep connective tissues of the body. These poses are held for several minutes, allowing for a deep release and stretch. Yin yoga emphasizes relaxation and surrender, encouraging practitioners to let go of tension and find stillness both in body and mind. It complements more active styles of yoga by providing a counterbalance to the dynamic movements, promoting flexibility, joint health, and inner peace.​
