In this Hatha practice, we explore the traditional roots of yoga through steady breath and mindful movement. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to center the mind and prepare the body, then move into a sequence of classic postures. Unlike Vinyasa, where the focus is on flowing transitions, Hatha emphasizes strength, steadiness, and awareness through holding poses for a few breaths at a time. Although, there will be a few sun salutations for warmup. Expect a balance of exertion and ease with some strong standing postures to build stability, along with twists to release tension and restore balance. This practice is accessible yet powerful, offering space to connect with your body, breath, and inner strength.
