This all-levels Strong Flow practice invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are. Designed to be as challenging, or as accessible, as you choose, the class builds gradually toward a peak posture. Along the way, we’ll focus on strengthening the core, developing balance, and opening the shoulders.
The flow is dynamic and energizing, yet it always comes back to breath and presence. We’ll close with soothing stretches to leave you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed.
