
Join Pete for a grounding evening designed to help you soften, release, and gently restore.
We’ll begin with a small cacao offering and short dharma talk as we sip together - a simple ritual to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, we’ll move to the mat for a nourishing practice focused on:
• Gentle stretching to hydrate and release the fascia
• Supporting healthy lymphatic flow
• Gradually opening the body’s energy channels
We’ll finish standing with slow, accessible movement to awaken circulation and invite a steady, grounded sense of flow.
The practice is straightforward and approachable - simple tools you can weave into your home routine (Pete even does part of it from bed most mornings).
