A Power Yin Yoga class begins with sequences of poses that are held longer and are focused on alignment and strength, while elevating the heart rate to build heat. We then deepen our practice with Yin poses to lengthen the muscles and retrain our fascia. This combination of heat and lengthening creates strength and enhances mobility.
