The class begins with Yin Yoga, a slow-paced, meditative practice where postures are held for extended periods. This allows for a deep release in the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, circulation, and mindfulness. Props are used to support your body, making it accessible for all levels.
The second half of the class transitions into Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Through guided meditation, you’ll be led into a state of profound relaxation and awareness, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and nurture a sense of inner calm and clarity.
